Tech billionaire Elon Musk will lead the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), said Donald Trump. The US President-elect announced the appointment on Tuesday (Nov 12), claiming that the department will “dismantle” government bureaucracy and “provide advice and guidance from outside of government”.
