Inbound tourism figures have slowly picked up in 2024, gaining by 12 per cent from 2023. However, tour operators say the growth has yet to trickle down to them. They are looking to offer new experiences in order to sustain their businesses in 2025. Dr Nisha Abu Bakar, Principal Consultant at Trinhique Consultancy, discusses Singapore’s tourism numbers. She talks about what Singapore can do to outperform other countries and how the country can up its game to attract more tourists.
