A new report by the World Economic Forum has singled out state-based armed conflict as the most pressing global risk for the year. It also highlighted misinformation, environmental crises and societal polarisation as major global threats. Experts have called for urgent collaboration to rebuild trust and strengthen multilateral efforts.
