Tens of thousands of Palestinians made their way back to Gaza on Monday (Jan 27) as Israel opened roadblocks after Hamas agreed to hand over three Israeli hostages later this week. The returnees need at least 135,000 tents and shelters as they try to rebuild their lives in the rubbled city.
