Hamas has released all eight captives of the third hostage-prisoner swap in Gaza. A female soldier, 20-year-old Agam Berger, was the first to be freed today. She appeared on a stage in the Jabalia refugee camp, flanked by two Hamas members. The Israeli military said it has received two other Israelis and five Thai nationals. As part of the exchange, up to 110 Palestinian prisoners are expected to be released today, including 30 children. Giles Gibson reports from Tel Aviv and Saksith Saiyasombut reports from Thailand’s Buriram province.
