Speaking at day one of the two-day Artificial Intelligence (AI) Action Summit in Paris, French President Emmanuel Macron said that he believes the technology will not erode people’s creativity. He added that France is well-positioned to lead Europe’s AI innovation. He also announced that his country would be spending around US$112 billion to bankroll the push. Ross Cullen has more.
