White House Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg is visiting the country, and says he is there to “sit and listen”, understand Kyiv’s concerns and report back to the United States president. Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he’s hoping for “constructive talks” when he meets Mr Kellogg on Thursday (Feb 20). He has invited the envoy to visit the front lines to better understand what’s happening on the ground. CNA’s Stuart Smith has more.
