Dozens of endangered dolphins were stranded on a beach in Tasmania, Australia on Wednesday (Feb 19) as rescue crews scrambled to save the majority that survived. Tasmania’s environment department said they would start euthanising the animals for welfare reasons if the dolphins grew increasingly “stressed” and attempts to refloat them failed.
