Power outage fallout: Spanish grid operator rules out cyberattack in first assessment

Spain and Portugal are seeing power almost fully restored following a crippling blackout on the Iberian Peninsula. A preliminary assessment by Spain’s grid operator has ruled out a cyberattack but officials will still need to get to the bottom of what caused the widespread outage.
