The Singapore government is looking at ways to make Pulau Ubin more modern and accessible, after footfall and business for shops on the island plunged by as much as 50 per cent over the past year. Some shop owners there say things have become so bad that they may only have a couple of years left in the tank. Eugene Chow with this report.
