Nearly six in 10 nurses with less than two years of experience say they are uncomfortable doing complex procedures, like responding to a critical clinical emergency. This is according to a survey of new nurses who joined SingHealth institutions, such as the Singapore General Hospital (SGH). CNA spoke to Ang Shin Yuh, Deputy Director of Nursing at SGH, who is also one of the authors of the study.
