Singapore is calling for more volunteers to step forward for social causes. The Ministry of Social and Family Development has launched the first Volunteer Festival to attract and galvanise support for different areas of utmost need. These range from empowering people with disabilities, to mentoring at-risk youths. Chloe Teo reports.
