Motorcycle dealers are reporting at least a doubling in motorcycle sales since the 60 per cent plunge in COE premiums on Thursday (May 4). Prices have fallen by several thousand dollars as a result, making them more affordable to buyers. But as Aslam Shah finds out, the huge drop is posing an issue for second hand bike dealers.
