China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet his EU counterpart Kaja Kallas for a high-level strategic dialogue later today. He is in Brussels for his first stop in a European tour that includes Germany and France. Ahead of the meeting, Ms Kallas acknowledged that China is not Europe’s adversary, but said security ties are strained. She said Chinese firms are aiding Russia’s war efforts in Ukraine, and accused Beijing of being behind cyberattacks in Europe. Ross Cullen reports from Paris.
