Police in India have arrested six people in connection with the deadly stampede at a religious gathering in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, which killed more than 120 people. Those detained are from the organising committee, but the self-styled preacher Bhole Baba was not among them. As Rebecca Bundhun reports, family members of victims want answers to why preventative measures were not taken and who should be held accountable for the tragedy.
