Manpower Minister and MP for Marine Parade GRC Tan See Leng says the five-year plan for the area remains in the works. This includes those for Joo Chiat ward, which will be part of East Coast GRC after changes to electoral boundaries. Dr Tan says Joo Chiat will continue to benefit from improved infrastructure.
