An Israeli airstrike in central Gaza sparked an inferno that swept through a tent camp at Al-Aqsa hospital, killing at least four people. Local officials said many victims were women and children who suffered third-degree burns. The Israeli military said it was targeting militants operating in the compound. Meanwhile, Hezbollah launched a swarm of drones at an army base in northern Israel. It marked the deadliest strike by the Iran-backed group since Israel launched its ground invasion of Lebanon two weeks ago. Sarah Coates reports from Tel Aviv.
