Indonesia’s trade minister has affirmed, the government will impose tariffs as high as 200% on Chinese imports. The move comes amid the trade war between the US and China, which has resulted in an oversupply of Chinese goods. And this is causing a surge in Chinese imports to Indonesia, particularly clothing, steel and textiles.
