Russian President Vladimir Putin has lauded Moscow’s deepening ties with Beijing, saying that bilateral relations have reached a “level never seen before”. He emphasised Moscow and Beijing’s coordinated actions on the global stage and pledged to continue strengthening their strategic partnership.
