Russia says the use of a new hypersonic missile strike on Ukraine was President Vladimir Putin’s warning to the West that Moscow will respond to their “reckless” actions in support of Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says Russia had “no doubt” that the US had understood the warning from Mr Putin. Ukraine’s defence minister, meanwhile, says Kyiv will respond to the ballistic missile attack. The latest missile strike by Russia has led Kyiv to arrange a meeting with NATO. Ambassadors from countries in the NATO-Ukraine council are set to hold talks on the situation on Nov 26. Megumi Lim reports from Kyiv.
