The most energy-efficient SAFRA clubhouse is scheduled to open its doors in Choa Chu Kang later this year. The facility, set to serve more than 90,000 NSMen and their families, is aiming to attain Singapore’s highest green accreditation mark that is currently awarded to 36 buildings.
