A new facility has opened in Tuas that can produce up to 1,300 tonnes of plant-based products per year, the equivalent of about 4.3 million chicken breasts. The facility, which will produce items such as plant-based nuggets and patties, is fully automated and requires only six staff to oversee operations. Lisha Rodney tells us more.
