Singaporeans aged 40 and above with chronic illnesses can sign up earlier for the Healthier SG programme when a pre-enrolment exercise kicks off in May. As part of the new healthcare reform plan, residents can enrol with a single doctor who will support them in their health needs throughout their lives. Sherlyn Seah reports.
