“Shocking” and “chaotic” – this is how some Singaporeans in Bangkok described the tremors they felt and their aftermath as they rushed out of buildings, following a powerful earthquake that rocked Myanmar and neighboring Thailand. They panicked and felt lost as it was their first such experience, as they tell Sherlyn Seah. The Foreign Affairs Ministry says there are currently no reports of Singaporeans injured.
