Higher rent and rising costs are forcing stallholders to exit coffee shops in the heartlands, with some rents increasing by up to 20 per cent in the last few years. The recent increase in utilities is another factor. Observers also say coffee shops sold at tens of millions could have led to the high rent environment. Rebecca Metteo with more.
