• Start preparing the dish by making chimichurri. Add garlic, oregano, olive oil, parsley, black pepper powder, red pepper powder, salt, and vinegar. In the end, add some water to get the desired liquid consistency. Once mixed well, keep the bowl aside for at least an hour.

• In the next step, take a thick pan and add slices of provolone cheese. Once it starts melting, add some oregano and red pepper powder. Make sure you are cooking only on medium heat.

• After the cheese slices start cooking well and changing colour, flip the sides, and cook for another couple of minutes. • Once both sides get brown, add the cooked cheese slices to the serving plate. Add chimichurri to them and enjoy the delicacy with toasted bread slices.
