United States President Donald Trump is set to deliver his address to the joint session of Congress, after six weeks of introducing his second term agenda at breakneck speed. A slew of executive orders has upended much of his predecessor Joe Biden’s vision for the country. Mr Trump is expected to celebrate those changes and try to win over more of the country.
