Differences have emerged over a potential one-month truce between Russia and Ukraine, after European leaders held a key summit over the weekend. According to reports, the UK has distanced itself from a proposal by French President Emmanuel Macron — which pushes for a limited ceasefire that would cover air, sea and energy infrastructure attacks, but exclude ground fighting.
