UN chief António Guterres has made an urgent call to action at the annual climate summit in Baku, Azerbaijan. He told world leaders gathered at this year’s COP29 to reach a deal that does not leave poorer countries “empty-handed”. This year’s summit is focused on boosting funding for developing countries to deal with the effects of climate change. Jack Board reports from Baku.
