Top American and Ukrainian officials are holding high-stake discussions in Saudi Arabia aimed at ending Russia’s war in Ukraine. Ukraine’s chief of staff said talks started out as “very constructive”. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is leading the American delegation. He earlier said that it would be important to gauge if Ukraine is willing to make concessions to end its war with Russia. Kate Fisher and Ross Cullen report.
