Diwali is known as Tihar in Nepal & the festivities last for 5 days, just like India.

Deepawali is one of the main festivals of the Tamil community in Sri Lanka and is widely celebrated in the Northern and Eastern provinces there.

Singapore celebrates Diwali with  full zeal, especially in vibrant  suburbs like Little India.
