Enjoy the winter seasonal bathua saag by preparing a nutritious raita. Chef Kunal Kapur shared a simple recipe for this side dish.

• Bathua saag • 1 green chilli • 1 garlic clove • 1 tbsp ghee • 1½ cup curd • Salt • A handful of spring onion • 1 tsp roasted cumin

• Start by blanching the saag for some time. Squeeze excess water and chop nicely.

• Heat ghee in a pan and saute the saag.

• Add chopped green chilli and finely chopped garlic clove and toss gently.

• Pour the fried mixture into a bowl of curd.

• Sprinkle salt and roasted cumin. Add chopped green onion and mix well.
