Is there a better way to beat Monday's stress than drinking a homemade cup of chai with aromatic flavours? Well, no. Chef Kunal Kapur shared a recipe for Irani Chai and we cannot wait to make it.

Yummy Chai!

• 2 cups water • 3 tsp tea leaves • Atta dough • 3 tsp sugar • 500 ml milk • 3 green cardamom • 2 tbsp condensed milk

Ingredients

• Add tea leaves to boiling water and cover the pot with a lid. 

Step 1

• Use atta dough to cover the edges and holes of the lid to enhance flavours.

• Next, add sugar to brewing tea and cook for a couple of more minutes.

• Meanwhile, boil milk in a pan. Add green cardamom and boil till it reduces to half.

• Add condensed milk and mix well.

Lastly, add tea to a cup and pour a portion of milk. Mix well and savour the flavourful deliciousness.
