-Chickpeas -1 tbsp of Olive Oil -2 to 3 tsp of sesame seeds -3 to 4 garlic cloves -Salt - Juice of half Lemon - 6 to 8 cubes of ice

First, boil the chickpeas and remove the peel.

Grind the chickpeas in a blender with a little olive oil and curd.

In a separate blender, blend garlic, soaked sesame seeds, salt as per your taste

Add the garlic mixture, ice cubes and lemon juice to the chickpea paste and blend into smooth paste.

Garnish with olive oil and chilli powder or sumac powder and you can relish it.
