Bhagyashree's Hummus Recipe

Actress Bhagyashree shared a recipe for protein-rich Hummus which goes great with sandwiches, rolls and even as a dip.

Ingredients 

-Chickpeas -1 tbsp of Olive Oil -2 to 3 tsp of sesame seeds -3 to 4 garlic cloves -Salt - Juice of half Lemon - 6 to 8 cubes of ice

Step 1 

First, boil the chickpeas and remove the peel.

Step 2

Grind the chickpeas in a blender with a little olive oil and curd.

Step 3

In a separate blender, blend garlic, soaked sesame seeds, salt as per your taste

Step 4

Add the garlic mixture, ice cubes and lemon juice to the chickpea paste and blend into smooth paste.
