Yasmin's Sattu Tikki Recipe 

Celebrity fitness influencer Yasmin Karachiwala shared a delicious yet super nutritious recipe for Sattu Tikkis.

Ingredients 

-1 cup of Sattu -1 boiled Potato -1 onion finely chopped -Fresh coriander chopped -1 tbsp of lemon juice -1 tsp of ginger garlic paste -2 green chillies -1 tsp of salt -1/2 tsp of red chilli powder -1/2 tsp of coriander powder -1/2 tsp of amchur powder -1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

Step 1 

To make this high-protein snack, first add sattu flour, finely chopped onions, boiled and mashed potato into a bowl.

Then, add the lemon juice, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, amchur powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste into the bowl.

Step 2

Add a little water and combine it with your hand. Shape the dough balls into small tikkis.

Step 3

Pan fry it on a pan till the tikkis turn golden brown. Eat the Sattu Tikkis with chutney of your choice.
