• Oil • Ginger • Spring onion • Jasmine rice • Salt • Soy sauce • Black pepper powder

• In the first step, fry finely chopped garlic. Cook till they turn brown completely. Transfer fried garlic to a bowl.

• Next, add oil to the same pan and saute chopped spring onions and boiled jasmine rice.

• Add soy sauce and sprinkle salt and black pepper powder to the rice and toss gently.

• In the last step, add fried burnt chopped garlic to the freshly cooked rice.
