• 2 eggs • Salt • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes • 2 tbsp chopped onion • 1 green chilli chopped • 1 tbsp butter • 2 bread slices

• Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt, chilli flakes, chopped onion, and chopped green chilli.

• Heat butter in a pan and prepare it for frying bread.

• Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture and add to the pan.

• While cooking on low flame, add a layer of egg mixture to the bread and let both sides cook nicely.
