Are you hosting a Diwali party and confused about which kinds of drinks to serve guests? Look no further as we have a special Mogra Cooler with Sabza recipe by Chef Saloni Kukreja.
For Mogra Syrup: • ½ cup sugar • ½ cup water • 1 tsp lime Juice • ½ cup mogra flowers • 3 cardamom pods For Sharbat: • 15-30 ml mogra Syrup • 15-30 ml lime Juice • 1 cup water • 1 tsp butterfly pea tea leaves • ½ tbsp sabza seeds • Crushed ice • Mogra flowers

• Start by making a syrup dissolving sugar in boiling water. Add cardamom pods and cook till sugar granules dissolve.
• Next, remove the stems of mogra flowers and clean thoroughly. Add these to syrup and simmer for 5 minutes. Once done, keep the preparation aside for about 10 minutes.

• Meanwhile, start brewing butterfly pea tea in a cup of warm water for around 2 minutes.

• Strain it and keep it aside to cool down.

• Once you are done with all these steps, start assembling. Add crushed ice in a glass and pour mogra syrup, hydrated sabza, butterfly pea tea, and lime juice.
