Celebrate the Christmas festivities by relishing homemade smooth and decadent Eggless Caramel Pudding. Chef Kunal Kapur shared a recipe for this delish dessert.

• 3/4 cup sugar • 3 tbsp custard powder • 6 bread slices • 2 cups milk

• Start by adding 1/4 cup sugar to a heated pan. Cook for a few minutes and swirl the pan slowly to get an amber-coloured rich and sticky liquid. Pour it into a pudding mould.

• Next, add custard powder, 1/2 cup sugar, bread slices, and milk to a mixer grinder. Blend to get a smooth dense mixture.

• Transfer it into a saucepan and cook till it thickens well.

• Once done, pour it on the caramel sugar mould, tap gently, and wrap using an aluminium foil.

• Next, pour water into a pan, put a round stand, and place the custard pudding mixture on top. Put on a lid and cook for at least 30 minutes.

Refrigerate Eggless Caramel Pudding for two hours, demould, and enjoy!
