- Chia seeds -Oats -Curd -Water -Boiled sprouts -Carrot (grated) -Beetroot (grated) -Salt -Pepper -Green chillies -Curry leaves -Peanuts -Pomegranate

First, add chia seeds and oats into a bowl.

Then, add curd into it, mix well and keep it aside for an hour.

Next, add grated carrots, boiled sprouts and grated beetroot to the bowl.

For seasonings, sprinkle chopped green chillies, salt and pepper as per taste.
