1/4 Cup of boiled beetroot 1 Cup of moong sprouts 2 green chillies Small piece of ginger 3 to 4 tbsp of besan 1/4 Cup of chopped onion 1/4 Cup of chopped bell pepper 8. Salt to Taste 1/2 tsp of black pepper 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder 1 tsp of ghee

First, add moong sprouts, green chillies, ginger and boiled beetroot into a blender. Make a smooth paste.

Then, add chopped onion, besan, bell peppers, salt chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix well.

Take a pan and brush ghee on it. Then, pour the batter.

Cook thre chilla on both sides.
