 3 Plantains (Chopped into big pieces) 1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder 2 Tsp of Chilli Powder 1 Tsp of Pepper 2 Tsp of Cumin Powder 2 Tsp of Coriander Powder 1 Tsp of Garam Masala 1 Tsp of Salt Hing / Asafoetida 1 Tbsp of Rice Flour 1 1/2 Tbsp of Besan/ Gram Flour 2 Tsp of Rava/Sooji Oil

First, add all the spice powders into a bowl and mix well.
