If you are bored of eating the same oily and unhealthy honey chilli potato and potato chips, it's time to try lip-smacking honey chilli lotus stem chips. Content creator Archit Agarwal shared a simple recipe to try at home. 

Healthy Option

• Lotus stem • Red chilli powder • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Salt • Vegetable oil • Honey • Chilli oil • Sesame seeds

Ingredients

• Use a mandolin to slice lotus stems. Make sure to cut into thin slices. 

Step 1

• Add the lotus stem pieces to a bowl and coat them with red chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and vegetable oil.

• Transfer lotus stem slices to an air fryer and cook at 180°C.

• Once done, transfer the crisps to a bowl and drizzle honey and chilli oil on top.

Mix gently, garnish with sesame seeds, and gorge on the yummiest honey chilli lotus stem chips.
