Pani puri lovers, elevate your dining experiences this festive season by making Chef Aruna Vijay's Dragon Fruit Pani Puri at home.

• 1 dragon fruit • 1/2 cup mint leaves • 1/2 cup coriander leaves • 4 green chillies • 1 inch ginger • Salt • 2 tbsp sugar • 250ml water (approx) • Black salt • 1 tbsp chaat masala • 1 tbsp jeera powder • 1 tsp black pepper powder • 1 lemon juice • A handful of boondi

• Start preparing flavourful pani by blending diced dragon fruit, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, and ginger.

• Blend all ingredients to a smooth paste.

• Strain the mixture into a large bowl.

• Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, black salt, chaat masala, jeera powder, black pepper powder, and water to the dragon fruit mixture.

Garnish it with boondi and savour it with puri and yummy potato filling.
