Digital creator Henna Aggarwal shared an awesome recipe for Barfi Biscuits that needs to be a part of your Diwali celebrations this year!
1 + 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp milk powder 6 tbsp icing sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch 100g butter 2 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp elaichi powder 2 tbsp milk Chocolate Pistachio Rose Petals Silver Vark Leaf

1. In a bowl, take some butter, oil, icing sugar, and elaichi powder and whisk it together till you get a creamy consistency.
2. Next, sift in some all-purpose flour, milk powder, and cornstarch. 3. Mix it to form the biscuit dough by adding a little bit of milk.
4. Now, place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out. 5. Cut it into desired shapes and place them into the refrigerator for 30 mins.
6. Place the biscuits in a preheated oven and bake them for 10-12 minutes at 180°C. 7. Once they cool down, drizzle them with some melted chocolate, chopped pistachios, rose, and silver vark.
