Tip#1

Dr. Aditij Dhamija suggests using a nasal spray or decongestant before the flight, in case you have a cold or allergies.

Chew gum or yawn frequently. This will help equalise pressure.

Tip#3

In case your ears feel blocked, use the Valsalva Maneuver. It is a breathing technique that will help you feel better. All you have to do is pinch your nose, close your mouth, and gently blow to clear your ears.
