-Rotis -Oil -Ginger -Garlic -Onion -Carrot -Capsicum -Cabbage -Schezwan sauce -Soy sauce -Black pepper powder -Salt

First, cut thin slivers of leftover rotis, like noodles.

Then, add some oil into a pan and roast the thin roti pieces till they become crispy and keep them aside.

In another pan, add oil and saute finely chopped garlic, ginger and other veggies like cabbage, capsicum, carrots.

Pour the soy sauce and Schezwan sauce with salt and black pepper powder.
