1/2 cup of Rava 1/3 cup of rice flour 1/4 cup of atta 1/3 cup of curd 1/2 cup of chopped spring onion 3 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves Salt and crushed black pepper 2.5-3 cups water (for thin, crispy batter) Pinch of baking soda (optional) Chilli flakes (optional) Ghee

First, mix all the ingredients to make a batter that is watery in consistency.

Then, pour 1-1.5 of the batter into a hot non stick pan or tawa using a ladle. This dosa should have holes. If there are bigger holes, you can pour more batter.

Cook the dosa on a low-medium flame. Sprinkle chilli flakes and brush it with ghee.

Then, cook it for 6 to 8 minutes on low flame.

When it's golden brown in colour, fold it over. Serve the Spring Onion Rava Dosa with chutney.
