Dosa Lovers, Try Bun Dosa

Ingredients 

1 Cup of semolina/ suji 3/4 Cup of curd Water 3 Tsp of oil 1 Tsp of chana dal 1 Tsp of mustard seeds 1 Tsp cumin seeds 1 onion 2 green chillies Curry Leaves 1/4 Tsp of hing/asafoetida Coriander Leaves Salt Baking Soda Oil

Step 1 

Add semolina, curd and water in a bowl and mix well.

Then, pour this into a blender and blend it to form a nice batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, then add spices , lentils , chopped green chillies and chopped onions. And saute this. Add coriander curry leaves and salt later.

Step 3

Once the onions are browned, take out the sauteed onions and add them to the batter with baking soda, hing and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 4

Pour a spoonful of this batter into a tempering pan, glistening with hot oil. After one side is cooked, flip it and let the other side cook as well. Your Bun Dosa is ready!
