1 Cup of semolina/ suji 3/4 Cup of curd Water 3 Tsp of oil 1 Tsp of chana dal 1 Tsp of mustard seeds 1 Tsp cumin seeds 1 onion 2 green chillies Curry Leaves 1/4 Tsp of hing/asafoetida Coriander Leaves Salt Baking Soda Oil

Add semolina, curd and water in a bowl and mix well.

Then, pour this into a blender and blend it to form a nice batter.

Heat oil in a pan, then add spices , lentils , chopped green chillies and chopped onions. And saute this. Add coriander curry leaves and salt later.

Once the onions are browned, take out the sauteed onions and add them to the batter with baking soda, hing and coriander leaves. Mix well.
