Make your festive season special by preparing yummy One Pot Rasgullas at home. Chef Aruna Vijay shared an easy recipe to make these delicious sweets. 

Homemade Rasgulla

• 1.5 litres milk • 1 tbsp water • 2 tbsp vinegar • 4 cups water • 1 cup sugar • 2 cardamom • A few saffron strands • Dry rose petals

• Pour milk into a milk pan and boil. Once boiled, add a mixture of 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp water and stir everything. After the paneer is prepared, grate it and knead gently. Once smooth dough is ready, make small-sized balls.

• The next step is to make sugar syrup. Add water, sugar, and cardamom in a pressure cooker and boil.

• Pour the dough balls into sugar syrup. Cover the cooker with its lid and cook on a medium flame till you get a whistle.

• Once done, cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes. Next, turn off the gas. Let pressure get released and then open the lid.

Cool down the sweets and serve them in a bowl. Garnish One Pot Rasgullas with saffron and dry rose petals and serve them chilled.
